Brock Davis

Brockton is a 26-year-old graduate of NH Community Technical College - Laconia with an associate’s degree in applied science. Before taking up stock car racing, Brock honed his skills as a WKA go-kart racer, Rock Maple snow crosser, and motocross rider. He first strapped into a racecar in 2003 as a rookie in the highly competitive Gilmour, Jeep, Ford, Dodge Super Street Division at White Mountain Motorsports Park. Past season accomplishments have proven to show that this young driver is sharp, smooth, aggressive, fast, and calm making him a true contender each race. Brock’s biggest accomplishments to date include:
2003
  • In his rookie debut year the driver of the #47 raced only 6 races finishing 11th in the points standings just falling short of a top 10 finish.
2004
  • During the 2004 race season Brock and team #47 turned left a full season to finish a successful 6th.
2005
  • 2005 proved to be Brock’s season. With a newly built SRS Super Street, Brock stuck to the outside groove all the way to be crowned the 2005 Super Street Track Champion.
  • Team #47 became efficient at setting Brock up for the outside groove which is where he felt the most at home. In Big Bigelow’s Strap-in column, Brock was noted for being the man on the move via the outside groove.
2006
  • The executive decision of the car owners was to move Brock up to the Napa Late Model division at the Park.
  • Brock and the team finished the season out with 3 top 10 and 2 top 5 finishes.
  • On Championship night Team #47 took home a 12th place finish in points. Not bad for a rookie in the lightening fast Late Model division at the Park. Although the team was slightly disappointed with the overall performance of the season, they were all quick to acknowledge everyone’s accomplishments in making such a huge jump from the Supers to the Late Models.
2007
  • Team #47 used 2007 as an experimental season. Brock played around with a few races that deviated from the regular season events at the park.
  • Some of this young team’s accomplishments include:
    • Missing qualifying for the highly competitive TD Banknorth by only a couple of positions. Not bad considering the amount of Late Model racing experience under this young gun’s belt compared to drivers like: Robbie Crouch, Terry LaBonte, and Kevin Lepage.
    • Nailing qualification for the ACT 100 event at the Park and finishing a respectable 12th place!
  • At regular season races at the Park Brock took home 3 top 3 finishes and 8 top 10 finishes.
Brock has stated that his goal for the season is to be a threat at each race. His previous track record has proven that this may be an accomplishable goal! Once again Brock has that familiar look in his eyes! Let’s sit back and enjoy the show this sharp driver will put on this year.
