| This weekend Thunder Road will host the 44th annual Chittenden Milk Bowl. Over 60 Late Model drivers will compete for the honor of "kissing the cow." When I think of Thunder Road I think back to the 1960's and the era of flatheads and coupes. |

| So, instead of being 1 of 8000 at the "Site of Excitement" on Sunday, I decided to be 1 of whatever at "The Home of the Coupes" on Saturday night. My last visit to Bear Ridge was their first season in 1968. |
